Full SMAS is a technique that uses an extended endoscopic approach to the face alone or associated with open lifting, in addition to other techniques such as deeplane, High SMAS and plications. The idea is to strike a balance between the extent of detachments and post-operative morbidity, always seeking effective and natural results in facial lifting.
The main objective of this course is to train surgeons so that they can make the most of the SMAS plastima plan in their daily practice, with total safety and as little harm as possible to the patient.

- Topographic anatomy, Branches of the facial nerve, ligaments and adhesions, spaces;
- Frontal and middle third anatomy for endoscopic procedures;
- Fixation in endoscopic surgery (direct fixation with Casagrande needle, double V, Endotine tape);
