Practical course in facial plastic specialization

The FULL SMAS is a technique that uses the extended endoscopic approach of the face alone or associated with the open Lifting, in addition to other techniques such as deeplane, High Smas and plications. The idea is to strike a balance between the extent of detachments and postoperative morbidity, always seeking effective and natural results in the facelift.

The main objective of this course is to train surgeons so that they can make the most of the SMAS plastima plan in their daily practice, with total safety and the least possible aggression to the patient.
