- With over 20 years of experience in plastic surgery and thousands of cases performed, he is a full member of the Brazilian Society of Plastic Surgery, where he served as regional president for Santa Catarina;
- Medical Director and founder of Casagrande Clinics in São Paulo and Florianópolis. Member of the ISAPS (International Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery);
- Dr. Carlos Casagrande has published several scientific papers on techniques and instruments he developed for facial surgery;
- He has devoted much of his career to scientific research, particularly in facial rejuvenation through endoscopic techniques;
- In addition to his surgical practice, he frequently lectures at national and international congresses. He has authored three educational textbooks.
